Franklin Holtforster has broad experience in the construction industry as a business leader, consulting engineer, contractor, and project manager delivering projects for both private and public sector clients in Canada and abroad. These experiences have together fostered a keen awareness of the opportunity to deliver sustainable, cost-effective and technically sound built solutions to MHPM's clients.
Appointed to the Canadian National Round Table on the Environment and the Economy (NRTEE), Mr. Holtforster also sits on the Owners’ Committee of the Canadian Design-Build Institute, the Real Property Institute of Canada, and has been recognized with the Order of Honour by Professional Engineers Ontario, and with the Province of Ontario Volunteer Award.
Franklin is an engaging speaker on a variety of topics including his concept of Sustainability is Free™.

Anne Glasgow has 25 years of diverse leadership experience in the real estate and construction industry as a company founder and director, project manager, real estate sales representative, facility manager, and leasing manager. Ms Glasgow directs MHPM’s business development, marketing, and growth initiatives, serves as the client relationship manager for large corporate clients, leads the development of strategic plans, and sponsors the development of new company services.
Ms Glasgow has served as a board director of the Institute of Professional Project Managers, is an active member of CoreNet, and provides real estate, leadership and project management training.

Gordon Kack has more than 30 years of experience within the construction industry, including the establishment of two successful consulting practices. To date, Gordon has led the successful delivery of more than 500 commercial, municipal, institutional, and retail projects throughout Canada. He has extensive expertise in the delivery of specialized project management services that incorporate rigorous quality, cost, sustainability, and schedule control. Gordon Kack directs the regional operations and human resource functions of MHPM. He is responsible for ensuring project success, client satisfaction, and company compliance with MHPM’s ISO 9001 registered Quality Assurance Program.

Kelsey Kuang is a successful financial and accounting professional with more than 10 years of experience, both in Canada and abroad, in accounting, tax auditing and management. Ms Kuang directs MHPM’s financial affairs, and provides strategic management for information technology, accounting, financial, benefits and health and safety functions. Ms. Kuang is the leading the development and deployment of MHPM’s new information technology platform and ERP solution.
