Whether you require strategic advice or leadership through the project delivery process, the MHPM team assumes responsibility for the project while the authority rests with the client.  As we act as the client’s representative and takes on the role of its informed representative, inherent risks are reduced for the client.

MHPM takes responsibility for managing all consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure project delivery is on time, within budget and to the clients’ defined criteria for project success.

All aspects of the project are performed on an open-book basis, including contract awards, negotiation, budgeting and cost reporting, this helps facilitate clients active participation and approvals.

MHPM takes ownership of the projects it works on, this is key to our excellence in delivery and ensures a focus on the client’s long-term need rather than a one-time task which is handed over.

Clients are kept fully informed throughout the project and participate in important decision making.  However, MHPM is able to deal with the majority of day to day project issues allowing client’s to focus on their core business responsibilities.

MHPM believes that true project success surpasses the achievement of on-time, on-budget delivery. It is an incremental progression from vision to design to completion informed by such knowledgeable insights as:

  • Life cycle costs and benefits inform success from initial planning through operation and disposal of a facility. Construction costs are as low as 2% of overall life cycle costs.
