TransCanada Turbines (TCT) is the sole licensed overhaul, repair and maintenance service provider for several aero derivative industrial gas turbines, serving an expanding international client base. Due to rapid growth, TCT required a new 220,000 sq.ft. facility to serve its Calgary operations and found one in the first stages of development by a developer, consisting of 40,000 sq.ft. of office space and 180,000 sq.ft. of warehouse space. To represent their interests during construction, TCT retained the services of MHPM Project Managers.
MHPM is acting as the owner’s representative and is also managing the $12 million tenant fit up. MHPM has developed a comprehensive Management Plan for the seamless management of all project phases, including design and procurement to project close-out.
