MHPM was retained as the project manager to assist BCE in managing the construction of a new five-storey, 348,000-sq. ft. facility to house an additional 1,800 staff. Challenges with project costs drove the need for an extensive value engineering exercise which MHPM led to a successful outcome. It was completed on-time, on-budget and is LEED Silver.
