| Delivering project success MHPM was retained as the project manager to assist Bell in managing the construction of a new 5 storey, 348,000 sq.ft. facility to house an additional 1800 Bell staff. Challenges with project costs drove the need for an extensive value engineering exercise which MHPM lead to a successful outcome. It was completed on-time and on-budget. |
