| Twenty-year plan. The Public Service Alliance of Canada engaged MHPM to address the accommodation requirements, including identification of solutions for PSAC’s interim needs to 2012 and its forecasted requirements over a 20-year horizon (to 2029). MHPM first conducted a detailed needs assessment and then MHPM and Colliers refocused the study to include additional candidate locations; after screening, a short list was developed for review.
