| Closing the deal. The new 133,000-sq.ft., six storey facility, built to LEED Silver equivalency, was the first expansion to the Broadway Campus in 25 years. Work on the legal agreements, ongoing for more than two years prior to MHPM’s engagement, was successfully brought to a close by MHPM within 6 months and occupancy was granted without complication. The project was delivered on budget and two months ahead of schedule. |
