Control of your project
Our commitment to you is that we will represent your interests by providing pre-construction, tendering, and site supervision services through to the end of the project. Acting as your construction manager, we will guide you through the construction process. As the client, you will retain project control, but are not burdened with the day-to-day administrative tasks associated with construction implementation.
Providing value to the construction process
Our client-centric approach to managing the construction process is based upon the same values that you associate with MHPM. We work collaboratively with the integrated project team to provide construction leadership by proactively participating in the design of the project and budget development, tendering and procurement of trade contractors, and site supervision and project implementation.
MHPM’s construction services team adds value when:
- time is critical and an earlier completion date means significant cost savings.
- constructability knowledge is used to identify issues that prevent or reduce errors, delays and costs during the pre-construction phase.
- clients wants to retain control of the project and directly influence its outcome.
- design flexibility is necessary but does not add additional risk to cost and schedule constraints.
Fixed Fee
Acting as your construction manager, we provide our services for a fixed fee based upon the expertise necessary to successfully implement your project, rather than a percentage of the final contract value.
Our fee is fixed at the beginning of the project providing you with cost certainty when procuring our services.
