Control of your project
Our commitment to you is that we will represent your interests by providing pre-construction, tendering and site supervision services to the end of your construction project on a fixed fee basis where construction costs are known. Acting as your construction services manager, we will guide you through the construction process. As the client, you will retain control, but are not burdened with the day-to-day professional management associated with construction implementation.
Adding value to the construction process
We provide you with a team of seasoned construction professionals who lead you through construction strategy and planning development followed by delivery of the building.
MHPM’s construction services team adds value by:
- Advising owners on construction and procurement strategies; risk assessments; and where and how to build.
- Reviewing designs for constructability, budget adherence, scheduling, long lead delivery planning, and trade prequalification’s
- Providing on site management, procurement and administration of trades, review of quality of construction, and delivery of the final product.
Fixed Fee
Acting as your construction services manager, we provide our services for a fixed fee based upon the expertise necessary to successfully implement your project, rather than a percentage of the final contract value.
Our fee is fixed at the beginning of the project providing you with cost certainty when procuring our services.
