See and discuss Each Apex site incorporates a message board for project participants as well as an image gallery catalogued by site and/or date. Is your decision-making team geographically isolated? MHPM can post work-in-progress images or drawings on Apex for conference-call discussions.
Document management Each Apex site includes a complete library of critical documents catalogued chronologically for quick reference. Documents managed through Apex include:

Controlled access Apex allows the project manager and owner to assign variable access rights of viewing and editing to ensure both security and convenience. Apex recognizes users at log in and displays only information and features for which they have access.
