The seeds for project success are sown at the tendering stage. At this time it is possible to prevent much of the potential for scope creep, delays, disputes, cost overruns and change orders. During bid document review, the tender documents are evaluated in depth for clarity, consistency and completeness. Independent construction professionals conduct the bid document reviews. On the basis of their advice the tender documents are revised before being issued.
