Construction Management
It is during construction that schedule, cost and quality are at greatest risk of compromise. The project manager must ensure that construction contracts sufficiently safeguard the owner’s objectives. MHPM will facilitate the tender call and will provide expert advice on issues relating to construction contracting strategies, tendering and related industry practices.
Throughout the construction phase, the MHPM project manager will provide professional advice on all issues relating to building design and construction. He or she is supported in this endeavour by MHPM’s more than 50 expert in-house project managers, whose backgrounds embrace every aspect of design, construction and delivery. As the owner's representative, the project manager will attend at the site as required during construction and deliver written reports. As part of this monitoring function, the project manager will ensure that the consultant and contractor together implement shop drawing review, materials review, inspection, testing and record keeping. Would your project benefit from professional construction management services to ensure that your facility project stays within scope, budget and schedule? Please contact the MHPM regional office closest to you to find out more.
