At its most effective, project management governs every aspect of the construction process to ensure that the right decisions are made at the right time to achieve or exceed project objectives on budget and on schedule. The professional project manager integrates design, procurement, construction and close-out, encouraging all members of the project team to contribute their best effort.

MHPM has extensive experience managing the most complex facility construction projects from inception to final commissioning. The key to our approach is treatment of each project deliverable as a unique undertaking. Our detailed project plan for each deliverable includes quality, cost and schedule control, as well as a defined functional program.

By ensuring that consultants, owners, contractors and stakeholders are included in critical path decisions and outcomes, MHPM can provide viable options at a stage when it is possible to manage delays, minimize costs and expedite project completion. By doing so, we relieve the owner of the need to supervise construction projects day-to-day – something that is frequently undertaken at the cost of essential tasks.
