Cost Control
MHPM is committed to project delivery within budget. Cost control begins when the project budget is confirmed and ends when the project is delivered. The budget is the project manager’s principal tool for identifying, monitoring and controlling project costs. Our integrated cost control log is updated continuously and used as a baseline reference for contemplated changes in scope.
Cost control and design management are inseparable, as it is during design that costs are most easily controlled. The project manager closely monitors design development and advises the client of the cost impact of alternative design solutions.
