Design Management

It is essential that design faithfully reflects the functional program detailed in the project brief, and that the consultant’s performance is monitored against clear objectives. MHPM will administer the professional design consultant – beginning with tendering – to ensure that the original vision can be realized within the scope, schedule and budget set out.

During construction, MHPM will attend on site to determine whether the architect’s program of field review complies with the contract documents. In addition, the project manager will monitor construction progress to be sure that the contractor’s performance is consistent with design parameters.
