Project Feasibility Report
Analysis to determine the viability of a project based on cost, size, location, available market, and other factors from the perspective of the owner. Depending on the project, options considered may include retrofit and systems renewal, renovation, replacement and, if relevant, noncapital solutions such as physical reorganization. The review can include alternate models for project delivery (such as creating swing spaces and occupancy during construction), as well as sustainable design features, or risk issues such as geology, environmental assessment or project time and cost factors. MHPM will provide a comprehensive feasibility report of the analysis and preferred option for development, including clarification of project objectives, justification, alternatives considered and (where applicable), funding strategy.
