Project Control
The project manager monitors and reports project progress against the objectives for scope, budget, schedule, quality, risk, procurement and staffing. When there are deviations he or she recommends alternatives (such as additional resources, sequencing, methods of production and implementation, or fast-track construction alternatives) to accelerate delivery and minimize schedule impacts. As a result, the owner, project team members and stakeholders have the best information available to make timely and cost-effective decisions.
