Project Plan

Successful delivery of project management services depends on sound and thorough project planning. The process begins with a complete review of the project needs and expectations, including their alignment with the owners’ objectives. MHPM brings together the project team, senior MHPM staff, the client’s staff and other project stakeholders to contribute to this effort, including review of the project goals and objectives, project organization chart, master schedule, quality assurance plan and risk management issues.

The project manager evaluates these issues and risks, and recommends a strategy for managing them to achieve a successful outcome. These recommendations are documented in the project plan, which contains all the information needed to proceed to successful project delivery. When the stakeholders accept it, the project plan ensures effective management and control throughout the duration of the project.
