MHPM was the first specialist project management company in Canada to achieve ISO 9000 registration. Quality assurance guides every aspect of our services – both internally and in our work on behalf of facility owners. Within the project environment, MHPM ensures quality control by monitoring specific project results to determine if they comply with relevant quality standards, and by identifying ways to eliminate causes of unsatisfactory results. Our thorough project quality control program delivers preventative and corrective actions, regular cost control reports and regular schedule updates and includes audit of all consultants and contractors.
