Project Schedule

The master project schedule communicates timing and interdependency of all tasks to project participants. It identifies milestones and performance indicators, as well as target dates for the preparation, submission, review and adjustment of all project documents. It guides analysis of risk associated with critical project elements. Once approved, the master project schedule is the baseline against which MHPM tracks progress.
