Scope Management
It is inevitable that projects will change and evolve over the course of design and construction. Adjustments may arise due to requests for changes from user groups, or because of technical changes, shifts in policy or staff changes. MHPM’s project manager will establish a procedure for processing change requests. The procedure will include an analysis of cost, schedule, and operational and functional requirements. The client can then accept or reject changes on the basis of an informed decision.
