We have extensive experience managing projects (including multi-stakeholder projects) for public, corporate and institutional clients. Our project managers work hard to ensure that all participants have the information required to participate fully. Projects begin with a complete communication plan for all project participants. Communication is further facilitated through accessibility. MHPM establishes both physical and virtual site offices.

MHPM Apex – a private web site dedicated to client projects – is our virtual project office. Clients can log into MHPM Apex to view project progress anywhere, any time using a web-browser with Internet access. In addition, clients have one point of contact – the project manager – who is available virtually 24/7 to give advice.
