Ms Lemieux is MHPM's senior program manager. She has served as a program manager for over 20 years in various federal governments and for project assignments. She has experience in the management of horizontal files and with the complexity of shared accountabilities. Sylvie has proven ability to organize and implement project delivery to meet corporate objectives. Sylvie Lemieux has delivered portfolio strategies for projects ranging from six million square metres of federal assets to small army bases throughout Canada. Her operational portfolio includes Canadian Forces in Chilliwack, St-Jean, Montreal and throughout Ontario.
