The Banff Centre is Canada's only learning centre dedicated to the arts, leadership development and mountain culture. It serves the needs of accomplished artists, business and community leaders, and members of the global mountain community through year-round programs designed to enrich professional practice beyond the realm of traditional education. The Centre is home to a world-class conference facility.
MHPM worked with the Banff Centre to develop a directive for delivery of its capital program and project delivery of small, medium and large projects. The directive identified specific steps, processes, responsibilities and signing authorities required to deliver capital works in an ethical and transparent manner.
